WE GET YOU FROM POINT A TO POINT B!

We place conduit for electrical and telecommunication services, traffic signals and any other industry which might need conduit placed. For more information, please contact us!

TELECOMMUNICATION/ ELECTRICAL CONDUIT

An electrical conduit is a tube used to protect and route electrical wiring in a building or structure. Electrical conduit may be made of metal, plastic, fiber, or fired clay. Most conduit is rigid, but flexible conduit is used for some purposes. Conduit is generally installed by electricians at the site of installation of electrical equipment. Its use, form, and installation details are often specified by wiring regulations, such as the US National Electrical Code (NEC) and other building codes.

METHODS OF INSTALLATION

MISSILE BORING

Missile boring (also known as horizontal boring, underground pneumatic boring, or impact boring) is a method of point-to-point horizontal underground boring. For years, missile boring has been utilized as a standard for installation of public utilities. Missile boring is considered an invaluable trenchless technology solution in numerous applications and installations

HDD / DIRECTIONAL DRILLING

Directional boring, also referred to as horizontal directional drilling (HDD), is a minimal impact trenchless method of installing underground utilities such as pipe, conduit, or cables in a relatively shallow arc or radius along a prescribed underground path using a surface-launched drilling rig. Directional boring offers significant environmental advantages over traditional cut and cover pipeline/utility installations. The technique is routinely used when conventional trenching or excavating is not practical or when minimal surface disturbance is required.

HAND TRENCHING

Hand excavation is exactly what it sounds like: backbreaking(not cheap) labor accompanied by a shovel. Hand excavation during the planning process for a trenchless operation is called “potholing.” Potholing allows the geotechnical team to visually assess subsurface conditions presented within a pit excavated for this purpose. Hand excavation is also used when the use of digging equipment would cause unacceptable damage to the surrounding structures or land, or the work, if done by mechanical digging equipment – such as a backhoe – would present the possibility of the collapse. Hand excavation is also known as manual excavation.

MINI EXCAVATOR TRENCHING

Trenching is a construction method that involves digging a narrow trench in the ground for the installation, maintenance, or inspection of pipelines, conduits, or cables. Trenching in construction means creating a narrow excavation below the surface of the ground by using an earthmoving machine called a trencher. Trenches are deeper than they are wide, as opposed to a ditch, and more narrow compared to their length, as opposed to a hole or pit.
